33 Hot New Niches for 2021

This week I’ve rebuilt my forum directory FindAForum.Net. Quite a lot’s happened in the world since I originally built it back in 2013. One thing I’ve noticed is that a few niches are hotter now than they were back then. So I’ve come up with a list of 33 categories that I want to add into the original list of 140 categories I used when I first built the site.

Check out my list of the 33 new categories I’ll be adding to FindAForum and also to my other sites (FindABlog and FindAStore). Many of these are red hot niches right now:

A Quick Runthrough These Niches

I’ll just add that some of these niches I have chosen because they’re obvious omissions from my original website designs. But these niches I’ve added because they’re super hot right now:

  • Bitcoin and Crypto: I definitely missed the boat on these, but I now need to make sure my own portfolio of directory sites cover them in depth.
  • Wellness: The success of apps like Calm shows that this is a hot niche, and likely to get even hotter after the Covid-19 pandemic.
  • Work from Home: This always does well in recessions, but it’s likely that home working will be with us for a generation. People will spend big money converting their homes into offices and workshops, so this would be a great thing to blog about.
  • Tattoos and Body Art: This niche has been popular in Western countries for like forever, but it is now much more common to see people in other countries with tattoos (China and South Korea are two such countries I can think of).
  • Camping: This is sure to boom now people are wary of city breaks due to virus-laden city dwellers.
  • Woodworking: I’ve added a few of the above topics based on a browse through the ClickBank Marketplace. Woodworking plans have been consistently good sellers on that site.
  • Games Consoles: Gaming is bigger than ever due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This is largely due to two things: lockdowns forcing people to stay in doors, and broke millennials having nothing better to do. Incidentally gaming isn’t just for youngsters – I’m an avid Call of Duty player and I’m nearly 50! Maybe a blog or vlog aimed at my generation of gamers would be popular perhaps…

Incidentally I’d add prepping and survival to this list, but it’s something I added to my sites last year.

Oh, and if you spotted the featured image associated with this post, here she is again:

This is Towa, the real life incarnation of my Niche Laboratory anime mascot Saki. Because of the Covid-19 lockdowns, sales of Smart Dolls have boomed, despite them costing upwards of $500. This new niche is full of wealthy people who are willing to spend big money buying doll sized clothes on etsy and other stores!

If you have any suggestions about other niches that are booming right now, drop your tips in the comments section below.
